I have been working within mental health settings, supporting individuals with emotional difficulties for 15 years.
My career has been focused on reducing the burden of mental suffering for people of all ages, backgrounds and identities. I am committed to helping others improve their mental wellbeing and aiding individuals in their pursuit of clarity, peace and fulfilment in their lived experience.
My clinical experience spans 8 years working within the NHS Psychological Therapy service offering therapy, psychoeducational workshops and clinical supervision. I have also worked with national mental health corporations and in private practices offering therapy and coaching.
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), but I am also trained in ACT (Acceptance & Commitment therapy) principles and Mindfulness.
