Coaching is a dynamic and solution-focused intervention, making it best for people wanting additional support and accountability to reach a ‘specific goal’. It is not designed for people who want to delve into or ‘explore’ painful or traumatic past experiences. 

Coaching can support with (but is not limited to) work life balance, career growth, self-confidence, stress management, motivation for ‘personal passions’ as well as health and wellbeing.

For maximum confidence that coaching is for you I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. 

​Cost of sessions: £80

1 - 1 coaching sessions

Coaching is a short-term goal-oriented intervention that focuses on reducing barriers to success. Coaching will equip you with practical tools, strategies and resources to align your life with your core goals and values. 


Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and take place online.


You may also find coaching a valuable supplementary option post-therapy to maintain your mental wellbeing or as ‘boosters’. Please note coaching is not therapy!

  • A comprehensive discovery session to understand your difficulties and challenges

  • A clearly defined intervention based on evidence-based approaches

  • Future focused and success-oriented goal formation resources

  • Identifying barriers to success and a focus on identifying your internal and external issue

  • Psychoeducation and provision of strategies to work towards addressing your presenting 

  • Routine ‘boosters’ to maintain your progress  

  • 6 - 8 sessions per person to maintain focus
